In our laboratory in Cortazzone, in the Upper-Monferrato Astigiano, a land of hazelnuts, we have chosen to process exclusively this historic Piedmontese cultivar, as roasting brings out its finest aromas and reveals its extraordinary character.
We want every one of our hazelnuts to be recognised for its identity, aroma and crunch, which is why we vacuum-pack them within just a few hours of roasting.

From their mechanical cold pressing comes our oil, while their processing gives life to our Piedmontese cuisine specialities, a true expression of our land.
For more than twenty years, we have been committed to enhancing the value of this precious fruit, a true excellence of Piedmont that continues to represent our history and identity.
Available raw and shelled, roasted and skinned, or roasted and partially peeled, the Baldaiassa hazelnuts can be purchased online or at retail in 1 kg and 250 g vacuum-packed sachets. For wholesale customers, we prepare 25 kg sacks or big bags on request.
